Banana and Yogurt Loaf

Ingredients (for 4 people) :

    -4 large ripe bananas, mashed
    -250g self raising flour
    -1 tsp baking powder
    -½ tsp baking soda
    -½ tsp cinnamon
    -½ tsp nutmeg
    -120g caster sugar
    -2 eggs
    -150g Liberté Natural Greek style yogurt
    -75g melted butter

Method:

Combine flour and spices together in a bowl, stir in sugar, eggs, yogurt and butter together.

Add mashed bananas to flour mix and stir lightly to bind into a lumpy mix.

Pour into a buttered loaf tin and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees
celsius for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick pushed into cake comes out
clean.
