Coconut, Cherry and Almond Granola

Ingredients (makes 15 servings.) :


Method:

Start by warming the coconut oil with the maple syrup and honey in a pan.

Next mix all the dry ingredients (but not the cherries) in a large bowl and pour in the liquid.

Transfer the mixture back into the pan until everything is evenly coated. Now spread this in a thin layer onto a baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minutes.

When it's all turned to a light golden brown colour and leave to cool. Now you can finally add the cherries and store in an air tight container for all your granola needs.
