Origin of dish:  Thailand

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
 
Ingredients (for 4 people) :


Method:

Put the rice, coconut milk, vanilla and milk into a pan and bring the mixture to the boil.

Once its boiling, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn’t catch on the bottom of the pan.

Add the Truvia and mix well.

Serve in bowls topped with chopped mango and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
