Melon and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 people) :


Method:

First off peel the melon and cut into small chunks, removing all of the pips. Add to the blender.

Add all of the other ingredients and blitz on pulse speed until smooth.

When totally smooth, pour into glasses and sprinkle with a light dusting of ginger.
