Sauteed salmon with ginger

Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (for 2 people) :

    - 2 fillets of salmon
    - fresh ginger
    - soy sauce
    - bean sprouts
    - 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Method:

In a wok, brown the grated ginger in oil. Cut the salmon into large cubes and add. Brown for 5 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with a few drops of soy sauce.

Cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.
