Ingredients (serves 6):Method: 1-Mix the eggs and flour.
2-Add the oil and milk, whisk.
3-Crumble the goat's cheese and add to mixture.
4-Season.
5-Brown the lardons in a pan, chop the peppers and add. Add the basil, cook until lardons and peppers slightly browned.
6-Add to the mixture.
7-Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin and cook in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, at 400°F (205°C).
