Ingredients (serves 6):Method: 1-Marinate the pork overnight with the garlic, beer, onions, plums, spices, salt and pepper.
2-The next day, brush the meat with honey and roast in a medium over with the sauce for 60 minutes, or until meat cooked and caralelised on outside.
3-Serve with green beans and sautéd potatoes.
