Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1- Cook pasta in boiling water.
2- Mash roquefort with a fork, into small pieces.
3- Crush garlic, mix with olive oil and add to cheese.
4- Mix topether, then add chopped basil, pinenuts, salt and pepper.
5 - Toss into pasta as soon as it is cooked.
