Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1-Line the bottom of an oven dish or casserole with large cabbage leaves.
2-Lightly steam the rest of the cabbage, then chop of blend. Mix with minced meat, chopped onion, salt, pepper and marjoram. Slice the bacon and add to mixture.
3- Put mixture on top of cabbage leaves, cover with more cabbage leaves.
4- Cover and cook slowly at 400°F (205°C). top with knobs of butter and melt in oven before serving.
