Origin of dish:  Thailand
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

1-Re-hydrate mushrooms in lukewarm water.

2-Brown chicken breasts in a frying pan.

3-Allow to cool, then shred.

4-Put chicken in a large bowl.

5-Add the soya beans, mushrooms and finely-chopped onion.

6-Chop the coriander and add to salad with seame seeds.

7-Make sauce with 6 tablespoons soy sauce and 6 of olive oil.

8-Mix well and serve chilled.
Advice: Try using beef or turkey to vary the recipe.
This will make a main course for 4, or a starter for 6.
