Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Bring 6 cups of water to the boil in a saucepan, add the chicken and boil for 10 or 15 minutes.
Leave to cool and cut into strips.
Keep the water you boiled the chicken in to one side, bring to the boil again and use to cook the noodles for 7 minutes.
Strain noodles and mix with sesame oil.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly, apart from the onion and garlic.
Fry onions and garlic in a little oil, then add a teaspoon of sauce.
Serve the chicken and sauce together with the onion and garlic in a bowl, keeping back half of the sauce for the table.
