Yoghurt and pineapple cake

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

1- Mix the yoghurt, sugar and flour together in a large bowl. Add the eggs one by one and stir until the mixture is a smooth paste. Add the yeast and rum.

2- Cut the pineapple into small pieces and add to mixture.

3- Put mixture in a greased cake tin and cook in a pre-heated oven at 450°F (235°C)for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle of the mixture comes out clean.
