Raita (yoghurt and cucumber)

Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

1-Mix the milk and yoghurt in a bowl, until combined.

2-Add the salt and coriander.

3-Finely chop the mint and add to the mixture.

4-Grate the cucumber and add to the mixture. Mix well.

Advice: You could try tomatoes or chickpeas instead of cucmber, or experiment with other spices, like chilli powder.
Try leaving the milk out for a different consistency.
