Courgette and goat's cheese quiche

Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Oven
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 8):


Method:

Lay down 1 sheet of thin pastry on your work top.

Place approximatly 8 slices of courgette on top.

Mix the fresh cream and the eggs together and beat well, add 2 spoonfuls of cream and place onto the courgettes.

Add 2 slices of goats' cheese.

Cook in the oven on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Advice: Humidify the edges of the pastry with a little water in order to make it stick.

Place some baking paper at the bottom of you dish.
