Courgette and goat's cheese quiche

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (
serves 8
):
8 sheets of thin
pastry
1 pot 25 cl 5% fat fresh
cream
2
eggs
1 cylindrical piece of goats'
cheese
salt
pepper
Method:
Lay down 1 sheet of thin
pastry
on your work top.
Place approximatly 8 slices of
courgette
on top.
Mix the fresh
cream
and the
eggs
together and beat well, add 2 spoonfuls of
cream
and place onto the
courgettes
.
Add 2 slices of goats'
cheese
.
Cook in the oven on a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Advice:
Humidify the edges of the pastry with a little water in order to make it stick.
Place some baking paper at the bottom of you dish.
