Ingredients (serves 24):


Method:

1-Put all the ingredients in a large sauce pan and heat very gently over a low heat for 10 minutes until all the flavours have infused. Do not boil.
2- Serve in heat-proof glasses.
Advice: The term 'mulled' simply means heated and spiced, feel free to try variations, adding a dash of cognac, brandy or other liqueurs at the end of heating.
DO NOT BOIL, this ruins the wine.
