Honey brioche buns

Ingredients (serves 6):

    200g self-raising flour
    40g margarine
    3 level tablespoons honey
    1 pot natural yoghurt
    1/2 teaspoon salt


Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Mix the flour and salt together, then add margarine and knead together with your fingers until you have a crumbly mixture.

Add honey and yoghurt, mixing until you have a smooth dough.

Roll out to 1cm thickness onto a floured surface, then cut out 12 circle shapes with a cutter, of around 6cm in diameter.

Arrange on a baking tray, brush with a little milk and bake for 15 minutes in a medium oven.

Serve warm.
