Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Cut apples into quarters, remove core and slice into sticks.
Cut cucumber in half, remove seeds and cut into sticks.
Cut grapefruit into quarters, taking care to remove the pith, then cut peeled quarters into two. Keep as much juice as possible.
Crush a third of your grapefruit pieces in a sieve to extract juice, then pour into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
Arrange apple and cucumber sticks, remaining grapefruit pieces, crab meat and prawns into a bowl and drizzle with sauce. Mix carefully.
Serve chilled, in individual glass dishes or cups.
