Chilli con carne

Origin of dish:  Exotic
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 80 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Sauté the onions in a little oil in a large saucepan or frying pan.
Add meat, brown.
Add 200ml stock, beans, herbs and spices.
Bring to the boil, then turn heat down and leave to simmer for an hour.
Serve hot, with rice.
Advice: Try serving with a little guacamole and sour cream on the side, to cool hot mouths!

Reds: Maçon
Rosés: Tavel, Bandol
