Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Sauté the onions in a little oil in a large saucepan or frying pan.
Add meat, brown.
Add 200ml stock, beans, herbs and spices.
Bring to the boil, then turn heat down and leave to simmer for an hour.
Serve hot, with rice.
