Ingredients (serves 6):Method: Wash, dry, de-stalk and dice the strawberries.
Whip the mascarpone and icing sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
Pour the cream into a bowl and put it in the freezer for a few minutes, then whip until it stands up in peaks. Add gently to the mascarpone.
Put the almonds on a sheet of aluminium foil and grill them for 3 minutes, turning them.
Cut or snap the finger biscuits into chunks and place a layer of them into 6 glasses. Add 2 tbsp of custard on top of the biscuits and then a layer of strawberries.
Splash a teaspoon of Grand Marnier into each glass, then top with the mascarpone cream.
Refrigerate for 1 hour maximum.
Just before serving, sprinkle each glass with the grilled almonds. Serve chilled.
