Kiwi, apple and orange tart

Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Peel the kiwis and cut them into eight.

Cut the apples into eight and remove the core but keep the skin.

Melt the butter in a large pan and brown the apples. After 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Add the orange zest and cook the apples for a further 10 minutes, but over a low heat.

Arrange the apples and kiwi on the pastry in a tart dish.

Pour the cooking caramel juice and orange zest over the fruit.

Cover the edges of the tart with leftover pastry and bake in a precooked oven at 200° for 30 minutes.

Serve warm.
