Cucumber and radish smoothie

Ingredients (
serves 4
):
1/2
cucumber
15
pink
radishes (plus a few to garnish)
500g
fromage frais
6 ice cubes
Garnish:
8 sprigs
chives
Method:
Cucumber and radish smoothie
Peel the
cucumber
and chop in half. Remove the seeds and cut the
cucumber
into cubes.
Wash 15 radishes and cut into slices.
Blend the
cucumber
and radishes with the
fromage frais
and ice cubes until you get a creamy mixture.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the remaining radishes and chopped
chives
.
Advice:
You can sprinkle the cucumber with salt to remove the water from it for 10 minutes to make it easier to digest. Wash and drain before blending.
