Apple & sultana salad

Preparation time: 30 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Mix the olive oil, vinegar, curry powder, salt and pepper.

Add the sultanas and chopped cheese and leave aside for 10 minutes in the vinaigrette.

Slice the apples finely, drizzle with lemon juice, mix with the vinaigrette, sultanas and cheese.

Refrigerate for 10mn before serving.
