Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Peel the pears, cut them into sixes and drizzle them with lemon juice so that they don't go brown.
Peel and chop the pineapple into quarters and remove the centre. Cut each quarter lengthways into 5 pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan and brown the fruit a little with the star anise, sprinkling regularly with sugar.
Pour the pastis over and mix gently.
Skewer the fruit, alternating pear and pineapple.
Meanwhile, melt the honey with a little lemon juice.
Drizzle the honey over the skewers to serve.
