Cooking time: 40 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Combine above ingredients in electric wok or saucepan, cover, bring to the boil and simmer until
the fluid is reduced after about 30/40 minutes. For less tangy, you may add 5 to 6 tablespoons brown sugar.

Advice: This dish is traditionally served with rice ( thai fragrant rice is best). It is a Filipino favourite and it's so easy to make.
