Ingredients (serves 2):Method: Shell the prawns if necessary and place in a bowl with the bhuna and oil. If possible, marinade overnight or for as long as possible (half an hour will do at a push).
Put a pan of basmati rice on. Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil, add the tomatoes, peppers and prawns to your pan and cook for 15 minutes (add stock to taste; it shouldn't be too thick or thin).
Serve over rice with chutney and natural yoghurt for sauce.
