Ingredients (serves 4):Method: 1. Drain the artichoke hearts.
2. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
3. Put them to one side on a plate.
4. Put the pan back on a high heat and fry the fois gras for 1 minute, then place it on top of the artichokes.
5. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar, allow the liquid to reduce slightly.
6. Pour over the artichoke, season and serve immediately.
