Ingredients:1 thick natural yogurt
1 egg
250ml flour
1 teaspoon yeast
salt
Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients together and let sit for an hour in the fridge.
2. Use a spoon to form pancakes 10-12cm in diameter.
Cook in an oiled non-stick pan.
3. When they start developing holes and turn golden, turn them. Serve right away or re-heat them just before eating.
