Origin of dish:  Europe
Type of cooking:  Oven
 
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Put the chicken legs in a dish.

Add all the ingredients to the dish with a little water in the bottom.

Put into an oven preheated to 220°C (Gas Mark 7) for approximately 1 hour, stirring from time to time.

Add a little water if it seems too dry.
Advice: Serve with tagliatelli pasta.
