Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 2):


Method:

Cook the wheat for 10 minutes, drain and leave to cool. Wash, peel and dice the cucumber, red pepper and tomato. Chop the parsley and coriander. Mix the herbs, vegetables and wheat together. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and water together, season to taste, mix with the wheat salad and serve chilled.
