Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

1-Grease your quiche dish and line with the short crust pastry.

2-Place diced onions and diced corned beef into the dish. Cover with beaten egg and milk, top with the grated cheese.

3-Pre-heat oven to 180°C, place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Advice: To test to see if it's cooked after 15-20 minutes, pierce it with a skewer. If it comes out clean the quiche is cooked.
