Tomato and orange soup

Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Fry the onion in a little olive oil. Add the tin of tomatoes, leave to simmer for a minute, crush roughly with a fork and add a little water if necessary. When cooked, peel and chop the oranges into small pieces and add to the pan along with the herbs. Either serve with the orange pieces or blend in a food processor. Don’t forget to remove the bay leaves.

If you wish, serve either with a drop of milk or cream.
