Baked chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients (serves 6):


Preheat your oven to 180°C and fill a cheesecake tin with baking paper.

Crumble the biscuits, mix them with the cacao powder and melted butter and pack them into the bottom of the tin.

Whip the mascarpone, cottage cheese, spreadable cheese, vanilla and egg yolks together.
Whip the egg whites into peaks and incorporate gently into the mixture. Pour onto the biscuit base and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Bake for an hour, leave to cool and refrigerate.
