Ingredients (
serve 1
):
200ml rice milk
1 handful of frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
A few drops of lemon juice
Method:
Peel the
banana
and cut into slices.
Mix the
raspberries
,
banana
and
lemon
juice
in a blender.
Mix until you obtain a
puree
then add the
rice
milk
. Mix until the mixture becomes frothy.
Serve chilled.
Advice:
You can replace the raspberries with blueberries.
