Chinese fried egg

Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 2):

    4 eggs
    4 spring onion stalks
    2 teaspoons of soy sauce

Method:

1-Beat the eggs.

2-Chop the spring onion.

3-Add the soy sauce.

4-Fry the egg.
Advice: You can add any ingredients that you like for step 2, like mushrooms.
