Light and sweet watermelon soup bowl

Origin of dish:  China
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 10):

    10 bowls of sago
    half a watermelon
    11 bowls of water
    1 can of grass jelly

Method:

1-Boil sago with water in a pot.

2-Scoop out all the watermelon and squeeze the juice out.

3-Cut the grass jelly into cubes.

4-Pour everything into the watermelon bowl.

5-Serve with a spoon.
Advice: Watermelon is usedin Chinese medicine, for bad breath for example.
