Omelette in rice with Japanese curry

Origin of dish:  Japan
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 2):

    2 eggs
    1 cup of milk
    Japanese curry mix
    1+1 tbsp of oil
    1 medium-size bowl of long grain rice

Method:

1-Fry the rice with 1 tbsp of oil.

2-Beat the eggs with milk and fry with oil.

3-Cook the curry mix by following the instructions on the packet.

4-Put the rice on the egg and cover.

5-Pour the curry sauce over the omelette.
