Origin of dish:  China
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 2):

    2 large bowls of Chinese vegetables (any kind you like) e.g. Choi Sum
    1 tsp of oil
    3 cloves of garlic
    salt to taste

Method:

1-Dice the garlic.

2-Heat the frying pan or wok (optional) and fry the garlic with oil.

3-Fry the Chinese vegetables.

4-Serve on a plate and season with salt.
Advice: Fry the garlic first to make the dish smell better.
