Asian cucumber salad

Preparation time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Mix the honey, soy sauce, peanut oil and sesame oil together.
Add salt and pepper.
Add chilli (optional).
Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
Wash the apples and cut into thin sticks.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Slice the spring onions.
Chop the mint and coriander.
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the vinaigrette and mix together.
Decorate with the sprouted seeds.
