Pork medallions with courgettes and raisins

Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Peel and cut the courgettes into chunks.

Brown the medallions in a stewpot with olive oil. As soon as they're golden, add the courgettes, crushed garlic, raisins, bouquet garni, chicken stock, salt and pepper.

Mix, cover and leave over a low heat for 25 minutes.

Cut the medallions into thin slices and arrange the courgettes and raisins around the meat.
