Oded’s baobab honey drizzle

Cooking time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 10):

    150g baobab powder (available from www.yozuna.com)
    350g honey, unfiltered, eucalyptus
    700ml water
    5g cinnamon powder

Method:

1-Place the honey, baobab powder and cinnamon in a bowl of a mixer fitted with a beater.

2-Beat at low speed adding the water to get to the preferred consistency. With less water it makes a delicious honey spread.

3-Spoon liberally to taste over porridge, pancakes or butter toast.
