Chocolate and chestnut fondants

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Preheat the oven to 150°C (Gas Mark 5).

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter. Smooth out the mixture.

Add the chestnut spread. Beat all of the eggs and add gradually to the mixture, stirring vigorously to obtain a smooth mixture.

Pour into a buttered and floured cake tin.

Cook for 20 to 30 minutes (still at 150°C) so it comes out of the oven all nice and gooey!
Advice: You can also add pieces of candied chestnut on the top or serve with custard.
