Moelleux au chocolat with condensed milk

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Preheat your oven to 140°C (Gas Mark 3-4).

Melt the butter in a bain-marie over a low heat. Once it's smooth, dice and add the chocolate and mix until it's all smooth. Add the condensed milk then remove from the heat.

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the yolks with the sugar (until the mixture turns white), pour over the chocolate and add the condensed milk. Mix.

Whip the egg whites to a soft peak. Add them carefully to the chocolate mixture then add the flour.

Grease a cake tin and pour in the mixture.

Cook for about 1 hour.
