Chocolate and banana cakes

Origin of dish:  Europe

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    - 2 eggs
    - 100g sugar
    - 100g butter
    - 100g flour
    - 50g cornflour/starch
    - 2 teaspoons baking powder
    - 3 bananas
    - 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
    - 8g vanilla-flavoured sugar
    - 100g chocolate, cut into very small pieces

Method:

Mix the sugar and eggs, then add the soft butter. Add the flour, cornflour/starch and baking powder.

Separately, crush the bananas and mix them with the crème fraîche and sugar. Add the banana mixture to the first mixture, then add the chocolate.

Pour the mixture into individual greased moulds and cook for 25 minutes at 180°C (Gas Mark 6).
