Spanish hot chocolate

Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients (serve 1):


Method:

In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with a dash of water and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add the rest of the water, vanilla and cinnamon then leave to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over a low heat.

Using a whisk, whisk the mixture until frothy and serve hot.
