White chocolate ice-cream

Origin of dish:  Europe
Type of cooking:  No cooking needed
 
Preparation time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    - 200ml evaporated milk
    - 75g white chocolate + 2 extra squares

Method:

Grate the two squares of chocolate to make flakes.

In a saucepan, melt the 75g of white chocolate with a bit of water.

Whisk the evaporated milk until it's smooth and creamy, and mix in the melted chocolate and grated chocolate.

Pour it all into a container and place in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring regularly.
