Dark chocolate ganache

Origin of dish:  Europe
Type of cooking:  Hob
 
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):

    - 200ml double cream
    - 200g cooking chocolate, broken into pieces

Method:

Bring the cream to the boil then pour it over the chocolate

Cover the mixtue and leave for 2-3 minutes. Mix vigorously with a whisk until smooth.

Leave to cool at room temperature.
