Chocolate hazelnut cake

Origin of dish:  France

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

1-Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain marie.

2-Pour this mixture into a large bowl. Add the eggs and sugar. Mix well then add the flour and bicarbonate of soda. Add the slivers of hazelnut.

3-Pour into a cake tin and add a few whole hazelnuts on the top of the cake.

4-Cook for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 220°C.
Advice: Serve with custard.
