Ingredients:Method: 1. Butter and line a shallow oven-proof dish.
2. Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan.
3. Take it off the heat and add the selection of nuts, seeds, dried fruit and 225g rolled oats.
4. Stir well and then pour into the dish.
5. Place into the oven (180C/gas mark 4) for about 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and cut into squares.
