Ingredients (serves 5):


Method:

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
2. Stir occasionally.
3. When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and stir in the nuts and honey.
4. Leave for cool for around 10 minutes.
5. Spoon the chocolate mixture, forming 2 inch circles, onto greaseproof paper and leave to set.
6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
