Curried cucumber and cheese carpaccio

Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Thinly slice cucumber and marinate for 15 minutes in white wine, tarragon, olive oil, curry, pastis.

Arrange slices of broccio on top.

Serve as a starter.
